Alongside the glass fusing and slumping classes, Marilyn is hosting Guest craft sessions alongside other local crafters, Jewelry making classes using the kiln fired techniques followed by a guest session from locally acclaimed Silversmith Paul Winder who will demonstrate working with silver and encourage you to make your own silver findings to make your item truly unique and completely personal from design to completion.
Also offering Watercolour and drawing classes for beginners and the more experienced artist is local artist Emma Bentley. Emma graduated with a degree in Scientific and Natural history illustration and is well known locally for her classes and talks, bringing a huge talent to the south of the county.
Local crafter Margaret Metcalfe will be holding Rag Rugging classes on a regular basis.
Classes will be held during the day and evening as well as 1 and 2 day weekend sessions. All courses include light refreshments and the day courses include a 3 course lunch in the price.
Accommodation can be arranged for the 2 day courses.
